Give
As we think about our year end generosity, we give in light of all that God has done in 2025 and we give in anticipation of all God will do in 2026 and beyond. Our hearts are full of gratitude as we remember what God has done among us this year. We're praising God for the baptisms, mission trips, new people connecting to groups, and better care for our unhoused neighbors.
Pause for a minute right now. Interrupt your day.
Praise God with gratitude for what we are witnessing God accomplish in our church. From that posture of gratitude we are ready to give cheerfully and expectantly to the work that God is doing among us.
We see before us so clearly what God can do with our generosity: more baptisms, greater investment in missions and the next generation, and the opportunity to begin construction on an expanded and updated facility that will serve our church for the next 50 years.
The Bible promises that we will be enriched in every way so that we can be generous on every occasion. And we’ve experienced God’s faithfulness to this promise. We have been blessed with time so that we might serve, with faith so that we might pray, blessed with words so that we might preach, with comfort so that we might comfort others, and with provision so that we might be generous.
May we approach the end of the year as an opportunity to give generously to the work God is doing among us as a grateful response to the provision God has placed in our lives. We have an opportunity to accelerate the mission of this church as we look forward to the conclusion of Cannonball with a strong end of year offering. You can see below details that might help you prepare your end of year giving. But the most important preparation remains gratitude, expectancy, and prayer. Gratitude for how God has provided for our lives. Expectancy for what God will continue to do. Prayer that our gifts, whatever they might be, would be multiplied for the mission and purposes of God’s Kingdom.
