First Christian Church is an imperfect group of people who have plenty of differences—and we love it that way. We're seekers and followers who have all come to the same realization: God is for everyone, so we are too. Together we seek to follow Jesus and tell the whole world about His love for them.

We say we’re for everyone, and we mean it.  

That can take many different shapes across our ministries, and our Operations Minister has a critical role across areas from facilities to administrative and business offices.

Full-Time, salaried with benefits.

Oversee Business, Administrative, and Facility areas.

Requirements: ideally 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Business, or Administration field with 2-5 years overseeing staff in related areas in a local church, non-profit, or secular role.
